About GridCollector

GridCollector is a mobile app for Formula 1 trading card collectors, operated by Acacia Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you have created an account in the GridCollector app, this page explains how to permanently delete it.

Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

  1. Open the GridCollector app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then tap Delete.

The deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, all of your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, including:

  • Your account, email address, and display name.
  • Every card you have logged, along with notes, grading details, condition, value paid, and any photo attached.
  • Your collections, binders, wanted list, and showcase highlights.
  • Any feedback or catalogue suggestions you have submitted.
  • Any photos that were uploaded to your private storage bucket.

Photos you opted to share with the community catalogue and that have been verified and published may remain in the public catalogue after your account is deleted, with no link back to you — your username, profile, and original card data are gone. If you want a published community photo removed before deleting your account, contact us at hello@gridcollector.app first.

Anonymous behavioural events that cannot be linked back to an identifiable individual may be retained in aggregated form.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed and would still like your account and data deleted, email us at hello@gridcollector.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your GridCollector account.
  • Confirmation that you are the account holder.

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) requirements.
